The Associate Process Excellence Analyst will assist in requirements gathering, development, validation, and deployment of process improvements with a focus on digital transformation opportunities and Robotic Process Automations (RPA). This role will work with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Where you will make an impact
- Evaluate business processes to identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of robotic process automation opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve business processes and performance. This could include evaluation of existing processes, development of strategies to eliminate manual processes through process redesign, development of training, delivery of change management tools and effectiveness checks post-delivery.
- Support business process reviews on an ad hoc basis as necessary.
- Document process improvements and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insightful metrics and KPIs on benefits gained from process improvement initiatives.
- Develops, coordinates, and follows organizational systems, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to process excellence.
What you will bring
- Experience in the computer software/information technology industry is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting/finance/process or IT improvement.
- Understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (i.e. UiPath, MS Power Automate) or flowchart software (i.e. MS Visio) is a plus.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Experience with SAP systems, .NET or C# is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical and organizational skills; highly motivated to research and resolve issues efficiently.
